Guidelines for Managers to use Gig

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has created Guidelines for managers as to when they can and cannot use Gig (eg where it may require employment agreement/contract, they shouldn't use Gig). We would like to give guidelines to managers before they are able to post it, so that to ensure that there are no breaches. Will really appreciate, if they can be shared.
