Use an ELSE condition in a Job Offer template

Can we use an else condition in a Job Offer Letter template?

Im trying to create a conditional region. My basic logic is if position names are equal to x,y,z then display the paragraph.

IF not any of these positions then display another.

How can this be achieved? Can I use an ELSE condition? If so what would be the logic?

My starting logic is below(this works)
