How to fetch the candidate start date in Welcome Email

Hi All,

We want to fetch the Candidate Start Date in the Welcome Email which is triggered on Move to HR action (when a new user account is created in the system). We tried the ${JobOfferStartDate} tag and it is fetching null value when used in Welcome Email. Is there any way to achieve this in cloud?
