I have created courses / specialisations and they do not show in the learning catalogue search

I have added access groups, run all the processes outlined in the implementation guide

The only items which show are those i add as "featured learning". Unless I do this, they do not show and when i search it says no results found.

This also occurs when trying to add learning as a manager to the learner. no results show.

Does anyone know why this might happen?
