how to add addition Area of responsibility receipient for alert

Summary:

I have a requirement where i have to add two recipients which are Area of Responsibility human resource representative and recruiting for Projected Termination Date Alert. However i am not able to see the Recruiting AOR in the list of values for AOR. Is it possible to add to the list of the recipients.

Also, if i want to add a Role for the receipient , how should i enable that as it does not let me enter the role code/name.

Can someone advise?
