Email Account Masking for system generated emails

We have a requirement to mask system-generated email in "To" section of email notifications. For example: Currently, the email shows the user account as evyj-test.fa.incoming.cnstag.x831901861@workflow.mail.em2.cloud.oracle.com we need the user account to be masked with certain other email accounts, for example: IT.HIRS.TEST/PROD@workflow.mail.em2.cloud.oracle.com.
