Using AutoComplete to default the Job Offer Start Date

Summary:

I have an approved case to default the Offer proposed start to 2 weeks from offer creation date. I started building a rule and got an error when trying to test. Below is my rule configuration and the error. Can anyone help determine where I've gone wrong?
