Report showing employees not enrolled in benefits

Summary:

Identify active employees not enrolled in medical that can be run at any time. This is not related to Open Enrollment.

Content (required):

Does anyone have a report to share that identifies all active employees who are NOT enrolled in medical benefits? The report would include Person #, Name, Hire Date, Assignment Category and Assignment Status Type = Active.
