First name & Last Name read only in Personal details

Summary:

We have a requirement where we want to make first name & last name as read only under edit mode only for employee,

HR roles should be able to modify the employees first name & last name under my client group.

We tried multiple EL expression but it is also impacting name section under family & emergency contacts. If any body have worked on same, Please respond to the thread.
