Add a data into a domain - direct access

I would like to be able to integrate the data "Group contract type" (see enclosed picture) directly through the domain "Workforce management - Assignment real time" without having to add the domain "Workforce management - Employment contract real time". Crossing those 2 domains affects really badly the performance (loading time) of the reports and we use the "Group contract type" in many reports for the workforce monitoring (this is a data that we really need to add all the time). Do you know if this is something that we could do/activate? or is it planned by Oracle ?
