Can i create Payment Term based on Delivery Date?

Content (required):

Our client delivered us the payment terms he expect to see in the system. The payment terms we used to work with depend on the invoice date:

"Net 45" for example. But now we get requests like: "20 DP, 80 EoM+30 Days after Delivery" which means - 20% Prepayment and 80% at the end of one month after delivery. By delivery, the client mean - POD (Point of Delivery).

Is that possible to create Payment Term like this?
