"Preview Offer" feature in HTML does not show correctly

Summary:

The "Preview Offer" task shows the Offer Letter in different formatting on different parts of the page when previewed in HTML. However, when downloaded in PDF firmat, the letter looks good, just as it was designed in the Job Offer Template in word (rtf)

Content (required):

A semi circle that appears on the Letter seems to skewed upwards on the HTML preview.
