Activity Details not visible to Administrator after enabling Sequencing

Summary:

Learning Admin is not able to see Default Section and Learning Activities in Production

Content (required):

Our learning admin has created a new course and offering with a video activity. The Default Section and Learning Activities panels are not visible even though the overview panel shows 1 Activity. Replicated in the test environment which renders as expected. Has anyone else had this issue or do we need to raise an SR?

All steps to enable sequencing have been reviewed and verified as being completed correctly.
