Summary:

Hiring manager should only be able to see Offer letter when the notification IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External is triggered to him.

Content (required):

Currently when this notification triggers the HM lands on the candidate page and from here he can access the offer letter.

But our requirement is that h should directly land on the offer letter. Is such a token available? Screenshot of current verbiage in alert attached below.
