Hi,

Our client is from Civil services and recruits candidates for Fire and Police Departments.

They have an ask to send custom rejection emails to candidate with specific details that recruiter mentions on why the candidate was rejected (e.g. Physical fitness / Personal History / Failed to appear for test etc.)

I know we can use a generic rejection notification that can be sent, but in this case recruiter needs to select specific rejection options for individual candidates.

Looking on guidance on how this is feasible
