level 3 approval

Summary:

Hello,

In the "Approve job requisition" workflow, I established a rule so that if the third level approval is required, the top approver should then be the THIRD level. But it is not working, it stops at the Second level,,,, even if I put in the number of levels at "3".

Anyone has an Idea how to solve that?
