Job Title search limited to 25 rows returned

Content (required):

We have many job titles with "Engineer" in the title, the job Engineer is the 35th job in alphabetical order. When we enter Engineer, which is a job title, because there are so many different variations, we cannot get to it without using job code. The Job Search LOV is limited to 25 rows. The field is not going to know various job codes, trying to avoid that. Is there an option to have an advanced search so the team can find this job title by title alone?
