Next Gen Helpdesk and Oracle Maintenance

Hi,
We have configured internal helpdesk request to integrate it with Oracle Maintenance module. We configured categories for internal helpdesk request but it is not showing in list of value of service request creation page. Also, we tried creating installed based asset for helpdesk but it is not searchable. Can anyone suggest a proper documentation to configure helpdesk with respect to maintenance cloud.
