ORC - Draft status in Requisition (Questionnaires section)

I´m creating a job requisition and when I reach "Questionnaires" section (befores "Submit") I receive notifications like these:

The notifications arrive when I wait one minute and I don´t complete the information.

Is this behaviour correct?

What is the name of the alert that can I to disable?
