Removing AOR access under Person Management

Summary:

We are moving to the Areas of Responsibility Responsive page and want to remove access to the classic page.

Content (required):

We've figured out the security to remove the access under: Person Management--Find and Search for your ID and click into them--Tasks--Areas of responsibility. The access under Tasks is now removed, but we can still access the record under the Actions Menu. We're not sure how to remove the access under the Actions menu here:

Any help figuring out how to turn off this Areas of Responsibility security under Actions is appreciated!
