Derive full name for based on username in oracle fusion for which employee is not created.

Hi All,


I want to derive full name for based on username in oracle fusion.


When i am checking per_users table, don't see person id is populated.

In this case from which table we can derive the full name.


I also tried to user AND hz_parties.user_guid = per_users.user_guid but this is also not matching.
