Does Alerts Composer support the use of flexfields as tokens in the filter?

My client would like to send a notification based on a token in the system

I have a client that reviews their employees throughout their probation period. We will be creating flexfields to capture the first 2 dates of the review and the client would like a notification to go to the manager on those dates. Can we use flexfields as tokens in the filter in Alerts Composer?
