Manage Enterprise HCM Information

Summary:

We have our enterprise structure starting from 10/3/2023. In this structure we have disabled automatic user account creation for the employee records by setting "User Account Creation" as "None". Please see screenshot below.

However, if the employee records are getting created with a back date of 1/1/1951, the user account for them is getting created automatically. Is this expected behavior?
