I have a client asking to send automated confirmation letters to the employees on probation once the manager submits their evaluation performance document. If the manager chooses a given response (offer the employee a permanent position) from the questionnaire attached to the template, a confirmation letter should be sent out to the employee's mailbox.

Is this doable?
