Correct the existing Non Worker work relationship and change it to Contingent worker using HDL

Summary:

We require to change all the contingent workers to non workers in the system. The assignment data is supposed to be as it is only the worker type needs to changed from non worker to contingent worker, can this be done using HDL by correcting the existing records.
