Making "Why are you hiring an employee" mandatory under Convert Pending Worker page.

Hope all are doing great.

I am looking forward to learn more from all of you.

Our requirement is to make "Why are you hiring an employee" mandatory under Convert Pending worker Page.

Navigation:

My Client Groups > Quick Actions – Show More > New Person section: Pending Workers > Select Pending Worker name > Select Convert > Why are you hiring an employee?

After checking HCM Design Studio I didn't find any area from where I can make above field mandatory.

Could you please help me with the feasible solution for this requirement.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
