Offering status not updating

Summary: Offering Status is "Not Started" when learner has started offering activity


Content (required): Our learners have started an offering activity, however the offering status still shows "Not Started" - is there a batch process that updates the offering status or some action that triggers the Offering status to update to "In Process"?
