Font in Career Site will not update - Oracle Steps Followed

Summary:

I have been trying to use a font to customise a career site and meet requirements.

The font in question is FatFrank (adobe font).

I have followed the instructions provided in -Configure a Career Site Theme (oracle.com)

However the font will not update and appears to be in Times New Roman.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem - if so please could you share your solution?
