Copy Applications from one Requisitions to another

Summary:

We want to Copy All Applications under Requistion to another Requistion

Content (required):

We have created requisition in system and candidate has applied for that requistions. However, due to some reason we have end that requistion and created the new one by copying it.

However, we want to transfer all applicant also this new Requisitions as well.

Any idea how can we perform this activity through standard functionality or HDL
