This is with respect to a requirement where we have a state and phase in CSP as Aadhar and PAN verification. so based on this CSP states, we have aadhar/PAN validation which triggers.

Currently,recruiter is able to bypass states of that phase which should not be the case. When candidate is put to aadhar/PAN to be verified, it should not allow recruiter to change the state until and unless the integration is completed.
