Export vs. "Open" Report Data Output

Hello there! I have a question regarding a discrepancy I noticed in the data output of a report that I'm using. The report pulls all active team members as of the date when the report is generated, which is the current date by default. However, when I export the report directly from the "More" option, I get all the current active team members and future-dated ones. On the other hand, if I "Open" the report and click "OK," only the current active team members up to the date the report was generated are shown. I assumed that the "More" option
