custom application user deprovisioning based on Fusion application HCM termination

There a non-Oracle custom application. Requirement is to automate user deprovisioning in this custom application based on the terminations in HCM.

i.e. Once a person is terminated in Oracle Fusion HCM, this data will flow to the custom application and a script will run to deprovision the person in this custom application.

Is there any API endpoint/Integration available from Oracle fusion application for this? Or any other suggestions How to achieve this?
