QR code to be scanned for employees when they enroll and complete an ILT offering for assessment

Hi all,

Client has the requirement where QR code should be scanned when employees are attending any ILT course which can enable them to do the enroll into a course/offering after scanning the code and also should allow them to access their assessment form and evaluation form after attending the course? Can such QR codes be pushed directly to employees? Please let us know if this feature is available or a possible workaround.
