Help on OTBI formula

I would like to create a formula that would allow me to get the AVERAGE individual bonus achievement BY workers and BY performance rating.

My domain is "Workorce - Compensation in real time".

I manage to do a GRAPH (see attached) but when I try to create a drill to see the details, it doesn't work as I think that I need to prompt the AVERAGE individual bonus achievement BY workers and BY performance rating.

Could you please help me with this formula?
