Add highlight/icon next to section in applicant of Requisition

Summary:

When recruiters are in a candidate profile is there a way to add an icon next to the below sections when a new attachment, interaction, message, interview, feedback or screening is added. For example, the recruiter will be flagged when a new message or interaction has been added. Once the recruiter views the new message then the star would disappear.
