2 Records for Employee due to Global Temporary Assignment
Summary:
Hello,
We're facing the below issue.
Employee is hired on 8th june 2023. The client has then performed a global temporary assignment on 1st october 2023 where the employee was transfered from legal employer A to legal employer B.
However on the person management page, the client sees 2 records of the employee. This means the first assignment (which is still active) ---> This should be inactive.
The second assignment is good as it reflects the current legal employer.
So as per the screenshot how can we make the 1st assignment inactive ?
Please advice.
