How to bypass approval for Document Records if it is being submitted/Deleted by HR

Hello everyone,


Our requirement is to bypass the approval if the document record is submitted/ deleted by HR.

The approval should be triggered if it is submitted/deleted by line Manager or Employee.

As we know, in absence we have this functionality to reset approval on update in the Display features.

Do we have anything similar for Document records?


Any workaround will also be appreciated.
