How to use INITCAP function in alert composer

We have create one alert in alert composer tool for sending notification when there is change in preferred name. We need a way to display the First name in Salutation with INIT Cap.

Example :

First Name : JAMMY GRACE

Last Name : William

In Salutation as below

Hi "First Name" that would be Hi "JAMMY GRACE"

We need this as "Jammy Grace" Mixed case (INIT CAPS)

Is there a way to achieve this in alert composer template section?
