How can we set date of birth as password for a Person/User automatically?

Hi,

Do we have an option to set Date of Birth as Password for an employee in oracle fusion HCM automatically. It would be great if you have any solution for this?

The password generation should be automatic (Mobile app) - the format is DDMMYYYY (On the first login the popup should appear to change the password).
