Person Management Search Function

When using the search function on Person Management, we can only type three letters/numbers and then we have to reposition the cursor to finish typing the work or person number.

The issue occurs for every single HR member and every single time we begin typing. The issue began with 23C patch - anyone else experiencing this oddity?
