How to activate Suspend assignment automatically once the temporary assignment is ended

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement where suspended assignment should activate automatically once the temporary assignment or change assignment ended.

Example:

1. Hired employee as on 1/1/2020 with one active assignment.
2. Adding a Temporary assignment as on 1/1/2022 with effective end date as 31/12/2022. Original assignment is suspended automatically.
3. Does this temporary assignment end as on 31/12/2022. Will it be automatically ended, or should we do it manually?
4. Once this temporary assignment is ended, the original assignment will automatically change to active from suspend status.

Please confirm the behavior.

Do we have such feasibility in Core HR.
