BPM. is it possible to store result in parameter and then use it in condition ?

Summary:

I am trying to configure the "Manage Salary" workflow so the routing will be based on the manager role. is it possible to store the first condition result into parameter and then use the parameter value it in the next condition ?

i am trying to do something like that :

Parameter1 = Worker's Assignment Supervisor.User Name

Condition:

FindUserRoleDetailByUsername.userName(Parameter1)
