Purchasing from multiple Client Sites under the same BU from a single BPA

Summary:

If a supplier has 12 sites and they expect to order from the 12 sites. Currently the team would need to create 12 seperate BPAs. Compounding that problem, when a Requestor would go to order they can't distinguish which site it's from to order it locally. This would not be a great user experience and would cause problems in those situations.

In EBS there was the notion of a Global Blanket Purchase Agreement where there are multiple sites attached to one blanket agreement. Is this possible?
