How can we specify which queue to notify all members when an SR is raised

Summary:

22B introduced the ability to "send defined notifications to all members of a specified queue so that they can effectively monitor the queue for open items" but we cannot see how to specify the queue. 

Content (required):

Having enabled the ORA_ENABLE_QUEUE_MEMBER_NOTIFICATIONS profile option, we can see the option within Notification Preferences to notify all que members, but nowhere to specify the queue:

Can anyone help us with how to achieve this?
