Other Compensation Offer

Summary:

Is there a way to allow different Start Dates of elements that are defined on the offer letter? Right now the Start Date of any element added as part of the offer in Other Compensation defaults to the proposed Start Date of employment. We would like the ability to change the date. In some cases, we have workers that start and are due to receive a deferred sign-on bonus, so we would like the ability to able the element with a future date.
