Can we hide the "Why are you resigning" question only for Line managers during resignation approval?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where the employee might be leaving due to manager in some cases. So, when he applies for resignation with the reason it will go for manager approval. Manager will be able to edit this reason, can we hide this field only for line manager or make it read only for them? So, the next approvedr HRBP should be able to still edit it or make changes to it.
