We recently did a Copy down from Production to Dev and our Journeys are no longer working

Summary:

We recently did a copy down from Production to Dev and our Journeys are no longer working as expected.

Neither administrators nor employees can see assigned journeys from the Journeys page.

Also, the layout looks much different than before. We not have this Organization section where before, we had the Assign Journeys section. We have triple checked the job roles, the data security policies, the data roles. We have the same Person Security Profiles and AORs setup. We have checked the Admin Profile options. Every config is setup the exact same as our working POD. We are out of ideas.
