How to us DFF Attribute to filter data in table based value set

Summary:

I need to define a value set to be used in DOCUMENT RECORDS DFF, and i want use attribute defined in the same DFF and context, in where clause of table based Value set to filter data

for Example

ATTRIBUTE1 (COUNTRY) containts the GeoGRAPHY_ID of country

I want the value set to bring cities that only belongs to country selected in ATTRIBUTE1
