Need an alert when foreign currency payment exceeds 1million

Summary:

We have a business requirement to trigger an email to specific users when the foreign currency payments for an year exceeds 1 million.

And this alert should trigger for all the suppliers if the condition matches.

Could some please suggest if we have option to compose an alert using alert composer or any other way.

i.e. For Supplier ABC if the foreign currency payment for a period Jan-23 to the payment date is greater than 1million (sum of all payments) should trigger and notification to the specified user (email ids).
