Updates on Career sites are automatically updating Person Record

Hi All,

We have some scenarios where the candidate is updating their names on career site and it is automatically updating the associated person record.

This is causing issue for us on benefits end.

Is there a way we can stop these automatic updates on person record when the candidate updates his/her info on career site.
